EXCHANGES/RETURNS
The exchange or return period is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
To return your order, we recommend that you contact our Customer Service team by email or Whatsapp. To speed up the process, include the order number in the subject of the email or Whatsapp and provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
Once we receive your request, our Customer Service Team will process your return as quickly as possible. It is important to note that the refund will be made through the same payment method used in the purchase. However, this is subject to the conditions detailed below.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Size error by customer. We always provide detailed size information to avoid confusion.
Any error made by the customer, such as incorrect selection of model, size, color or entering an incorrect address. If you notice any errors, please contact us immediately to correct them before submitting your order.
Tampering with the product by the customer, such as cutting the label or other modifications.
If the deadlines established to request a return are not met, which are the first 14 days from the delivery of the order to the home.
You are entitled to a refund in the following cases:
Defective product at the time of delivery.
Wrong product sent by us.
Loss of the order by the transport agency.
If the selected t-shirt is not available in our stock at the time of purchase.
Cancellations of orders requested before shipping the product.
The refund will be made through the same payment method used by the customer and will be processed within 10 to 15 days after the refund is approved. We generally try to make refunds in a shorter period of time.
Even with these conditions, we always treat each case in a particular and close manner and try to find a satisfactory solution.
